Track and understand impact of the regulatory changes on our clients and proactively work with them to comply with the same
Manage KPIs , metrics and country business objectives
Partnering with RMs and Sales team with servicing and providing necessary support for customers, acting as focal point of contract for customer servicing and transaction management needs, directing request or acting as referral point to the appropriate execution team
Recognizing and collaborating with sales team on additional business opportunities
Engaging clients with latest market and regulatory updates, providing digitization and latest product offerings to customers
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Understanding of Global Cash Management products
Post Graduate degree holder with minimum 8 years of banking experience with minimum of 4 years in customer service or Sales/Relationship Management role
Past dealing with Large Corporate and multinational corporations a must
Understanding of various aspects in clearing such as RTGS, NEFT, NACH, SWIFT, CHAPS, FED other Currency Clearing
Good inter-personal and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and achieve desired results
