Job Responsibilities:
Servicing and maintaining of desk's client relationships, including day-to-day execution of FX, FXO and Rates (flow and structured) products.
Booking of trades in the firm's risk systems and supporting on all pre and post execution sales processes
Demonstrate proficiency in understanding market drivers and identifying product opportunities while having a sound grasp the business, balance sheet, credit and financial risk management of corporate clients.
Drive client revenue growth - working with senior sales team members on client account strategies to deepen existing client wallets as well as prospecting new clients.
Working collaboratively with our business partners in trading, research, and banking to provide comprehensive client coverage across the platform including providing clients with trade ideas and market intelligence.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
A University degree in Finance or related field from a recognized university
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a treasury dealing room handling corporate clients or relevant job scope
PKMC / PPKM License holder.
Good foundation in treasury products including Foreign Exchange Spot, Options, Swaps, Forwards and interest rate derivatives;
Strong quantitative and analytical skills for problem solving and solutioning - critical thinker and driver of trade ideas and themes for clients
Able to work in a high pressured environment and at the same time is detailed oriented with the tasks assigned to you
Good relationship building ability including effective communication and presentation skills
Strong team player that partners well within the immediate team and with key external stakeholders
Understanding of BNM's FEA regulations and application to client's situations.

Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in excel and programming tools to enable ongoing automation of desk processes for efficiency
