Generate weekly/monthly reporting to support Payments Product requirements for business reviews and senior management reporting.
Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in data analysis, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated proficiency in data wrangling techniques using SQL and Python to effectively manipulate and analyze large and complex structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets. This includes data cleaning, transformation, and aggregation to extract meaningful insights.
Advanced skills in data visualization using Tableau, Python, and Excel to craft compelling visual representations of data for informed decision-making. This involves creating interactive dashboards, charts, and graphs to present data in a visually appealing and easy-to-understand format.
Exceptional communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making processes.
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
Experience in product deployment processes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle
Advanced certifications in data analysis and visualization tools are a plus.
Experience working within the AWS ecosystem is desirable and will be a valuable asset for this role. Familiarity with cloud-based data storage, processing, and analytics tools within the AWS platform is beneficial for leveraging scalable and cost-effective solutions.
Familiarity with the financial services industry is advantageous, showcasing an understanding of industry-specific data challenges and opportunities for innovation and growth. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial sector is beneficial for ensuring data integrity and security.
