    With the rapid pace of change within Core Payment Rails, you will gain exposure to foundational change shaping the future of payments-unlocking richer data, better automation, and improved client outcomes across domestic and cross-border clearing. The role provides the opportunity to build practical delivery skills across multiple workstreams, develop an understanding of how product and regulatory change is executed at scale, and contribute to outcomes that improve client experience and operational effectiveness.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Support the execution of ISO 20022 adoption/migration initiatives by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping maintain delivery documentation across workstreams

    • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, RAID logs, and delivery artefacts, ensuring alignment with stated business objectives and regulatory or market deadlines

    • Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations teams to support milestone delivery, including scheduling forums, capturing actions/decisions, and following up on commitments

    • Help gather and organise requirements and evidence needed for Global and Market Infrastructure-specific deliverables, supporting local Product team collaboration and sign-off processes

    • Produce clear, timely progress updates for delivery leads and stakeholders, escalating risks, issues, and slippage as appropriate through established governance

    • Support issue triage and resolution by documenting impacts, dependencies, and next steps, and tracking actions through to closure

    • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring delivery pain points and proposing practical process or efficiency enhancements

    • You will have the opportunity to take end to end ownership for key program deliverables, such as the end to end planning, delivery and implementation for a specific business outcome

    Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:

    • Experience in project delivery, product implementation, or change execution within a financial services environment or similarly complex organisation

    • Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders, with a disciplined approach to follow-through, documentation, and task management

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and an ability to translate discussions into clear actions, risks, and decisions

    • Proactive, organised, and eager to learn, with a practical problem-solving mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment

    • Client and business-centric orientation, with interest in how product changes translate into client outcomes and operational performance

    • Familiarity with project tracking, reporting, and risk/issue management concepts

    Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:

    • Payments experience and/or exposure to ISO 20022

    • Experience with formal governance routines
