Corporate and Private Side Sales - Municipal Energy Prepay Structures - Vice President

nd executing Energy Municipal Prepays, including a high technical understanding of deal mechanics

• Deep Analytical skills and proven track record of ability to execute these transactions with skill and urgency

• Fluent in the required legal documentation, modeling, and negotiation process associated with all aspects of the transactions

• Established senior relationships with the Municipal Utility community including the key players/stakeholders that are active within the space

• Knowledge of the North American physical and financial natural gas and power markets

• Strong team player that works well under pressure and to tight deadlines - partners well with colleagues and works with a diverse group of stakeholders through the various stages of the process to bring deals to execution

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to translate the complex concepts of the deal into simple terms and actionable steps

• Clear, logical thinker with strong qualitative skill set including effective communication and presentation skills

• Good PowerPoint and Excel knowledge

• Excellent time management skills
