The Documentation Team offers quality and timely service to clients, while providing an ongoing support to internal stakeholders and acting as a knowledgeable resource for the Private Bank.
Job Responsibilities
Draft, maintain and process clients' documentation using in-house systems
Assist with verification of credit documents
Deal with queries related to systems, documentation and client information.
Use basic customer service skills to assist in understanding and responding to customer interactions.
Contribute to team building by supporting an inclusive environment and collaborating with colleagues from different departments.
Support the implementation of solutions to improve credit operations and assist in influencing change within the department.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience or equivalent expertise in drafting credit documentation.
Fluent in French
Basic proficiency in using computer technology to perform tasks and communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Ability to assist in managing conflicts within teams and arising from business decisions.
Experience in supporting cross-functional collaboration and sharing knowledge to solve problems.
Basic strategic thinking skills to help research and understand issues and opportunities.

Basic writing skills to draft clear credit-related communications.
