Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field
Three years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization techniques such as SQL, Python, and Tableau, and experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift
Expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining
Ability to tackle unstructured problems and learn quickly
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Atlassian tools such as Jira and Jira Align
Familiarity with analytics engineering tools like dbt and Airflow
Understanding of DevEx metrics and software deployment pipelines
Experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering and proof-of-concept development
Experience preferably within financial services or technology
