Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations using tools such as Tableau
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data visualization and data management.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on data visualization techniques and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data visualization and analytics.
Communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, including senior management.
Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of data sources and visualization tools.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SQL, developing and managing advanced BI dashboards involving data visualization, and data-driven analysis
Strong Tableau/Power-BI dashboard design, development and server deployment knowledge
Strong Alteryx workflows development and server deployment knowledge
Hands on experience writing complex SQL Queries for analyzing huge data sets.
Programming tools such as SQL, Python, R or SAS
Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
Problem solver and solution oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills
Experience with big data technologies and machine learning is a plus.
Experience working in data transformation & cloud migration projects is a plus.
