Skilled in MS office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and Project

Experienced in either Markets, Payments or Securities Services with knowledge of operational and controls processes.
Presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
A strong sense of ownership and responsibility
Excellent client focus and customer care working practices
Ability to drive results through people, communication, influence and interactions
Deal with day-to-day issues as well as planning and executing projects / initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business
