    Position summary

    receipts and collateral management for ETF orders.

    • Conduct Portfolio Composition File (PCF) analysis and troubleshooting.

    • Research and resolve client inquiries related to trade and settlement activities in a timely manner.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with J.P. Morgan's global ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors.

    • Foster excellent collaboration with internal partners, including Client Services, Custody, Fund Accounting, and the Global ETF Team.

    • Drive efficiencies and process improvements within the team.

    • Oversee management reporting and efficiency metrics.

    • Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants.

    • Work closely with Product Development and Technology teams to ensure successful implementation of new products and enhancements.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Experience in operations, client service, or custody.

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently.

    • Strong team player, able to work effectively in globally distributed teams.

    • Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships, especially with demanding client organizations.

    • Ability to advance initiatives in a cross-functional and matrixed operations environment.

    • Adaptability to a fast-paced, consistently changing environment.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with effective presentation abilities.

    • Flexible work hours required to meet operational needs; willingness to work varied shifts as needed.
