• Partner with Marketing teams to develop and execute cross-channel ETF Insights promotions.

• Collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across all levels, regions, and distribution channels.

• Become an expert in our focus ETF strategies, industry landscape, and trends.

• Develop metrics dashboards to measure the success of our program and optimize content.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 5+ years of investments-related marketing experience and understanding of investment styles and vehicles, including ETFs.

• Exceptional project management skills - able to manage multiple priorities, communicate progress, and effectively track multiple deliverables to completion.

• Experience developing marketing content for print, web, mobile, audio, video, events, and social media platforms that demonstrate creative thinking and innovation.

• Excellent writing skills and the ability to partner with investment writers, proofreaders, and designers.

• Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels of management and stakeholders through both written communications and presentations.

• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, multi-task, and re-prioritize quickly.

• Ability to build relationships, credibility, and trust across a large, matrixed organization.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team of people across multiple locations.

• Expertise in PowerPoint presentation development and strong proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft applications, including Acrobat and Excel.

• BA or BS degree.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• ETF-specific marketing experience.

• Professional experience using LLM/AI tools to aid in the creation of content and drive efficiencies.
