Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Deep knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile management.
Minimum of 6 years of post-graduate work experience.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher.
At least 5 years of product operations management experience.
Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and operate effectively.
Skilled in structuring complex process and technology work.
Proven track record of challenging the status quo to achieve efficient outcomes.
Strong relationship-building skills for collaboration across a matrixed organization.
Proficiency in using measurement to manage business health and transformation impact.
Initiative and ability to work with minimal direction.
Expertise in building PowerPoints and project plans quickly.
