l develop a deep understanding of the branch real estate business and financial principles to enable and assess channel performance as well as make recommendations. This role will require to perform proactive analysis on branch performance to provide recommendations on target setting for new branches and help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports.
Job Responsibilities
Execute robust financial modeling for real estate initiatives-including new builds, relocations, consolidations, branch purchases, property redevelopments, and dispositions-governing ~$1B in capital spend.
Own end‑to‑end analysis of existing branch performance and recommend funding decisions across new openings, consolidations, purchase‑versus‑lease options, and relocations.
Deliver new reports per business needs and develop automated processes to standardize and scale reporting.
Develop a strong business understanding and define the key metrics that drive decision‑making.
Translate qualitative drivers-demographics, traffic, competitive intensity-into quantified assumptions; document sources, rationales, and confidence levels.
Conduct post‑investment reviews comparing actuals to business cases; capture learnings to refine future assumptions.
Lead automation and process‑streamlining initiatives to generate CFO‑ready insights and strengthen funding evaluations.
Maintain complete, accurate databases and establish processes and controls to preserve data integrity.
Summarize branch performance drivers, including profitability, break‑even, and payback dynamics.
Sustain a continuous focus on accuracy and quality, instituting checks to maintain a high degree of precision.
Support standard reporting cycles and fulfill ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
Present financial results and recommendations to organizational leaders with clear narratives and visuals.
Automate manual processes wherever feasible to improve cycle time, consistency, and auditability.
Deepen understanding of the financial models and key metrics that drive the decision‑making process; keep documentation current.
Leverage approved AI tools and sound prompt engineering to accelerate research synthesis, draft investment narratives, and standardize option comparisons; validate all outputs against source data and governance requirements.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Qualified CA/ MBA or equivalent degree in Accounting/Finance
~3 to 7 years of experience in Financial Planning or Modelling
Good communication and strong excel skills.
LLM proficiency with prompt engineering to produce accurate, compliant financial narratives and insights.
Advance excel skill including VBA and Essbase
Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Positive attitude and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
