Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Conducting thorough due diligence on the company seeking to go public, including financial analysis, business model evaluation, and risk assessment.
Reviewing necessary documentation for the IPO, such as the prospectus, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
Ensuring compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), and other relevant regulations.
Liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Managing the execution of the IPO, including coordinating with various stakeholders such as legal advisors, auditors, and underwriters.
Assisting in the valuation of the company and determining the appropriate pricing for the IPO shares.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ECM, corporate finance, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure seamless execution
Supervising and mentoring junior team members, such as Analysts and Associates, in executing IPO-related tasks.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or other related fields.
Minimum 6 year of work experience in an investment banking front office, or related role.
Close attention to detail and ability to deliver output of a very high standard
Ability to work independently
Strong communication and written skills in English and Chinese
Ability to deliver quality under pressure
Strong emphasis on good partnership, and a control-conscious team-working environment
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiation, with a strong desire to learn the business and go the extra mile
Strong analytical bend of mind and expert handling of MS Office suite products
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Awareness of investment banking solutions, regulatory backdrop, and services is a plus
