Job responsibilities
Manage and deliver technical security projects for the Consumer/Retail ATM team across North America, focusing on the deployment and enhancement of physical security technologies.
Oversee a portfolio of ATM security initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
Coordinate with external vendors and managed service providers to implement security solutions, emphasizing value and effectiveness for ATM deployments nationwide.
Develop and execute security plans, including device selection and deployment strategies.
Participate in security assessments, project meetings, and cross-functional working groups.
Maintain accurate project documentation and update project management databases.
Prepare executive-level reports, track project milestones, and escalate issues as needed.
Required qualifications , capabilities and skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from large-scale initiatives to smaller end-to-end projects.
Strong organizational, strategic planning, and budgeting skills.
General knowledge of ATM deployment, operations, and security.
Proficiency in data management, including creating CSV files for system uploads.
Experience preparing executive reports, tracking targets and budgets, and resolving project challenges.
Ability to identify risks, support business continuity, and integrate with other technical security platforms.
Experience leading technical security operations, strategy sessions, and product support groups.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, network architecture, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
Demonstrated initiative, ownership, and accountability.
Knowledge of physical security technologies such as PSIM, PIAM, PACS, VMS, intrusion detection, and alarm monitoring systems.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
