Drive thought leadership and be a trusted advisor for key business and technical stakeholders
Applies a deep understanding of the industry to manage the development and modification of strategies and treasury solutions for complex clients and prospects, while engaging Banking and Treasury Officers in the process
Deeply understand customer objectives, design and apply EF&S solutions, and develop transformation roadmaps with integrated architectures
Engages with our Sales teams as a part of account planning to deliver strategic industry and treasury solutions
Lead strategic engagements to align with business priorities, design solutions, and secure technical wins through discovery and executive evangelism
Serve as the Voice of the Customer, delivering insights and opportunities to leadership, product, and engineering for prioritized action.
Lead a team of Embedded Payments Product Solutions Specialists dedicated to delivering solutions across industries
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
8+ years of experience solutioning for large corporate businesses, specifically in a customer-facing role such as solution architect, sales engineer for example
Experience in managing and leading team(s) and monitoring sales effectiveness and revenue outcomes
Experience working with complex clients, designing modified strategies using a consultative sales approach within payments, treasury, merchant and applying new methods to determine solutions for complex businesses
Demonstrate executive engagement and build credibility through strong relationships internally and externally with key decision makers at all levels.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architectures
Communicate complex concepts clearly and confidently to technical and non-technical audiences with strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Practitioner experience or consulting background with the respective industry covered
Experience in payments, liquidity, acquiring, and treasury
