    • Create and review invoices, ensuring KYC checks, tax treatment, and secure sign-offs from relevant parties, including the Deal team.

    • Engage with clients and vendors, handling billing queries and maintaining accurate contact information.

    • Collaborate with Middle Office teams to ensure timely fund transfers and invoice processing.

    • Track and manage outstanding receivables, liaising with clients and bankers for timely recovery.

    • Address unbilled expenses, enforcing SLAs and reporting to Deal Team Leaders and Business Heads.

    • Monitor funds flow, reconciling incoming funds with receivables and triggering refunds as needed.

    • Facilitate communication between Product Control, Bankers, Clients, and stakeholders, managing the billing system and prioritizing technology enhancements.

    Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to roll up your sleeves.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with a keen interest in leveraging technology for process improvements.

    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Demonstrated ability to drive the implementation of new processes and operating models.

    • Flexibility and adaptability to work within a newly established team, contributing to a collaborative and innovative culture

    Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

    • Experience in billing, invoicing, or financial operations, preferably within M&A, ECM, or DCM transactions.
