Job responsibilities
Perform detailed valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses
Support daily transaction execution and project management of clients
Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, board materials, and other deliverables for use in corporate finance transactions or strategic client dialogue
Perform detailed M&A, transaction structuring, and other financial analyses
Coordinate with other product teams (M&A, ECM, DCM, Leveraged Finance) and third-parties (lawyers, accountants, etc.)
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Relevant prior experience in investment banking and / or corporate finance
Demonstrated interest in the Consumer & Retail industries
Commitment to building a long-term career in investment banking
Proven financial modelling / valuation skills and experience in working on corporate finance related topics
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
High level of work ethic and comfort with working in a team environment
High level of attention to detail, time management skills and proactiveness
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Preference for candidates with Consumer & Retail experience
