Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
6+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, public policy, project finance, or a related field
Experience working in UK/European geopolitics, military, defence, or public policy preferred
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience preparing management reports, financial modelling, and tracking progress against objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content for diverse audiences
Experience engaging with external stakeholders, including industry associations, government bodies, and investors
Superior organisational and strategic skills: highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, with experience coordinating events and group activities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive strategic initiatives at a senior level
Bachelor's degree from a top-ranked university.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Familiarity with supply chain dynamics, industrial policy, or national security-related economic issues
Experience with public-private partnerships, government programmes, or policy-adjacent investment initiatives
Industry expertise in one or more relevant sectors (supply chain and advance manufacturing, defence and aerospace, energy, frontier and strategic tech, pharma and health tech)
Track record of supporting or leading external engagement and event coordination
Proven ability to operate in cross-functional, matrixed environments
Additional European language is desirable but not essential (German, French, Polish, Italian).
