Job responsibilities
Lead project management for brand creative and strategic initiatives, collaborating with internal creative teams, external agencies and client stakeholders to deliver impactful work for the J.P. Morgan brand.
Serve as the brand management lead, analyze brand research to better drive market positioning, setting strategic frameworks, and ensuring timely delivery and clear communication across cross-functional teams.
Manage the J.P. Morgan brand ecosystem, partnering with teams to execute exceptional creative across all client touchpoints and uphold best-in-class brand standards.
Own day-to-day relationships with internal and external agency partners, providing strategic guidance to inform creative development and execution.
Shape brand architecture by defining relationships, creative strategies, naming, positioning, and messaging for parent brands, sub-brands, and product lines.
Champion creative ideas with clients while supporting organizational brand goals, fostering innovation and alignment.
Develop and manage creative briefings, agency engagements, and stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment and excellence.
Partner with operations to manage project status, anticipate issues, and keep all teams informed, serving as the go-to resource for project information.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of brand systems and processes, continuously refining and developing workflows for greater efficiency.
Act as the single point of truth for the brand, training and educating global stakeholders to ensure consistency and understanding
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills and expertise in developing compelling presentations and decks for executive and client audiences.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
3+ years of relevant brand/ marketing experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong work ethic
Ability to balance multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
Can translate insights into actionable outcomes
Exceptional verbal and written communications including developing compelling presentations to stakeholders
Team player- operate effectively with many groups of partners
Highly organized
Passion for financial services
Experience working with external creative agencies and/ or internal creative resources
Bring an intellectual curiosity, innovation, and creativity
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Past brand strategy experience
Experienced working in large multi matrixed organizations
Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Understanding of financial services and products
Major in in marketing or business
