Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial contact between our business and technology partners to triage new features and enhancement requests, ensure clear understanding of the desired business objective, and how the new functionality supports firm wide business strategies
Conduct requirement-elicitation meetings with appropriate teams to understand the context of critical stakeholder needs, pain points and business impact
Engage with Tech Architect to determine architectural impact to Platform and identification of potential impact to other Platforms
Participate in preparation tasks for prioritization through Agile planning methods and work with Product Owner to make recommendations into final prioritization decisions
Adopt usage of processes and tools for appropriate documentation of the business problem, use cases, user stories, current state (As-Is) and target state (To-Be) processes
Lead partnership with Quality Assurance to drive functional end-to-end testing across all channels (web, mobile). Drive the prioritization of any defects found and work with technology on the resolution
Lead release coordination and planning
Develop expert level knowledge of current state platform and help with solutioning the target state.
Provide key input in build out of multi-year product roadmap and translate product strategy into defining actionable deliverables
Provide key input in defining the OKRs by partnering with cross functional leaders
Proactively analyze data and leverage data-driven experimentation and measurement frameworks to ensure that key results are on-track
Generate ideas for continuous improvement and process improvements to promote productivity, efficiency, and increased collaboration across multiple scrum teams
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
2-5 years of product management or business analyst experience with a strong analytical background; project management experience a plus
Experience in Payments, cash/asset transfer, or related field
Experience working closely with user experience designers and software engineers
Experience with Adobe Analytics or any web analytics tool is a plus
Work in environment with a high level of ambiguity and ability adapt accordingly
Execution focused and able to organize, prioritize and manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
Strong partnership record and ability to build effective business relationships required to leverage parts of the organization when needed
Strong verbal communication and presentations skills - the ability to write clearly with a high level of sophistication and detail
