Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on industrial engineering* concepts and 5+ years applied experience
6+ years of experience working as an industrial engineer or in a similar role in manufacturing or supply chain industries
College undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
Strong understanding of value stream mapping
Root cause analysis / issue resolution skills with ability to determine the most effective solution or escalation path
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills necessary for various audiences including executive management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Six Sigma and Lean certifications
Knowledge of technology infrastructure systems and solutions
Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies
Project management experience
