    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience

    • Hands-on experience in Software Development. Passionate for building and creating solutions for existing problems.

    • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

    • Advanced Level in programming language & frameworks - Java, Python, Spark, Springboot, AWS

    • Understands the benefits of Automation and Continuous delivery methods - Experience of using tools / applications to release software into Production

    • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle - JUnit, Integration Testing, BDD Testing

    • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security

    • Demonstrated proficiency in software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)

    • In-depth knowledge of the financial services IT systems and applications

    • Experience Leading, Guiding & Mentoring Junior members of the team

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • BE / B Tech in Computer Science

    • Have a Startup & Product Mindset where you are interested in analyzing the existing applications and domains

    • Experience of UI Applications and Frameworks ( React , Javascript )

    • Practical cloud native experience
