Maintain business processes, including configuration documents, JIRA practices, and SR tracking.
Consult and sustain HCM Talent Management as needed

Complete functional testing of enhancements to minimize defects, quickly problem-solve, and identify root causes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals.
Passionate about building an innovative culture.
Strong experience in Oracle Talent Management and Visual Basic Studio.
