    Position summary

    al corporations, high-growth technology companies, commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions, central banks and broker dealers. Our advanced, end-to-end solutions which combine physical, notional and virtual techniques enable our clients to achieve visibility, control and optimization of working capital.

    Job responsibilities

    • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discover

    • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

    • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

    • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

    • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

    • Serve as a subject matter expert for deposit products, ensuring timely updates to pricing in response to Central Bank actions and market events

    • Utilize data analytics to identify portfolio trends and develop actionable insights

    • Collaborate effectively across teams to implement proactive strategies that remediate and optimize deposit portfolio pricing

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

    • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

    • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and apply data analytics and data literacy skills to support business development

    • Proven ability in executing complex, large-scale analytical processes with precision and efficiency

    • Strong competencies in communication, problem-solving, analytics, organization, administration, and project management

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Prior experience working within highly matrixed and complex organizational environments

    • Preferred background in liquidity management, product management, or other related function under transaction banking

    • Prior experience in implementing process performance improvements and supporting system migrations preferred

    • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
