    Job responsibilities

    • Own, develop, and maintain the Firmwide Market Risk stress testing methodology, including shock design and governance.

    • Partner with asset class experts and Model Risk Governance and Review (MRGR) to manage the asset class FSI shock Qualitative Model (QM).

    • Develop and oversee stress-related technology processes and controls, focusing on both BAU enhancements and strategic infrastructure.

    • Drive data science and strategic infrastructure initiatives to modernize stress calculation, leveraging robotics, machine learning, and AI programs.

    • Manage Trading Issuer Default Loss (IDL) submissions for internal and external regulatory exercises, performing impact analysis based on methodology and rules.

    • Identify and mitigate operational risks, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency.

    • Collaborate with internal and external control and audit teams to support effective risk management and audit processes.

    • Assist in regulatory exams by analyzing, documenting, and presenting on Trading assets, coordinating with various teams.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree with experience in the financial industry.

    • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with knowledge of financial markets and product valuation.

    • Understanding of risk sensitivities and financial product valuation, including Option Greeks.

    • Advanced skills in analyzing large datasets using Excel, Tableau, or similar software.

    • Experience working with technology teams on risk system enhancements and infrastructure projects.

    • Strong control and risk management mindset with a focus on process improvement.

    • Proven project leadership, business writing, and communication skills.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Experience across various asset classes.

    • Familiarity with JPM risk systems.

    • Experience in leading discussions across multiple stakeholder teams.
