Support client onboarding and KYC refreshes, and maintain accurate, up‑to‑date trade and client records.
Automate and send recurrent indicative pricing requests with credit runs to streamline responses.
Book trades and assist in fee calculations for deals, unwinds, step‑ins, and novations, with sales providing final approval as required.
Gather trading desk risk views for the weekly sales email and coordinate client events and related communications.
Draft term sheets in coordination with sales/structuring, and track CEM product term sheet agreements and negotiation stages across the client base.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Understanding of financial products (Macro , Fixed Income)
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of integrity and professionalism
Demonstrated interest in global financial markets
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:
Experience in a financial services support role
Familiarity with operations of a bank
Knowledge of market research tools and techniques
Exposure to pricing vanilla and exotic solutions
Experience with client-facing activities
Advanced Excel or data visualization skills
