    Position summary

    • Lead a dynamic product team responsible for delivering comprehensive capabilities, including cutting-edge UI/UX and robust backend services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals

    • Shape and drive strategic decisions related to design, platform/vendor integration, and migration/rollout plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

    • Expertly manage program finances, developing allocation methodologies to ensure costs are appropriately aligned with revenue streams, and collaborate with finance teams to synchronize Product, Tech, and Ops financial plans.

    • Address intricate challenges that transform business designs and end-to-end Sales delivery and Control models, driving innovation and efficiency.

    • Ensure management and stakeholders receive accurate progress reports, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues to maintain project momentum.

    • Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives

    • Owns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectives

    • Monitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiation

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications

    • 5+ years of experience in the Banking Payments/Treasury Management industry

    • 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Pricing and Billing

    • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics

    • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

    • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions

    • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all organizational levels, influencing outcomes and driving results.

    • Demonstrate a logical and structured approach to planning, problem solving, and decision-making

    • Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to work cross-organizationally, influencing others, driving change, and implementing projects/processes.
