    Position summary

    A (Customer Identity & Authentication) product strategy and activities. This includes feature support, modernization, lifecycle management, cyber controls, data center and AWS migration efforts. You will be responsible for reviewing key deliverables are managed effectively, issues are communicated, and resources are deployed against the highest priorities.

    Job responsibilities

    • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination.

    • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

    • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.

    • Manages the oversight and delivery of incoming Technology deliverables associated with Farm Breaks, Certificate Renewals, Firmwide Clearinghouse and Change Management

    • Supports Product Managers with end-to-end planning and execution of cross product initiatives within the Secure Commerce product team. This will often include coordination with partner Customer Identity & Authentication teams, Lines of Business (LOBs) like Credit Card, Auto and other horizontal products organizations.

    • Supports the work plans as well as coordinating work among the groups.

    • Understands and communicates issues and blockers effectively.

    • Leads to solutions through design changes, securing resources or influencing prioritization.

    • Structures and holds critical meetings with both internal and external partners to unify the teams and bring clarity on progress of work, including clear action items and owning follow ups. Gather project deliverables required for delivery readiness (Implementation plan, sign off, audit trails, etc.)

    • Partners with technology and Quality Analytics within Customer Identity & Authentication and external partners to perform testing and validation required for a feature rollout.

    • Liaises with stakeholders and publishes project status and executive reporting.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

    • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.

    • Good understanding of delivery and a demonstrate implementing continuous improvement processes

    • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.

    • Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar business areas and technologies.

    • Proficient knowledge of the Product development life cycle, design and data analytics

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

    • Experience with API based products.

    • Industry-specific knowledge and experience is an asset especially in the areas Authentication, Authorization, and Identity lifecycle management.
