Work with Lines of Business to strategically source data into a cloud-based architecture.
Understand data flows and complexities related to Finance and Risk applications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
3+ years of financial services or related experience.
Exposure to data analysis, change management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience in planning and delivering results across multiple teams.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, AWS Databricks, SQL.
Detail-oriented, organized, and strong analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to partner with managers and stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Experience with cloud-based big data architecture.
Knowledge of financial and management reporting strategies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Experience in program governance and change management practices.
