    Job responsibilities

    • Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery

    • Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience

    • Holistically understand core business problems and requirements from clients in order to deliver efficient and useful solutions

    • Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers

    • Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle

    • Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development

    • Works directly with engineering and other internal teams to build and deliver the products

    • Pivots opportunities based on new information and market opportunities

    • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Risk

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

    • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle

    • Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition

    • Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy

    • Working experience with Visa OCT and Mastercard Send etc

    • Knowledge of emerging technologies as well as exposure to design thinking

    • Work well with cross-functional partners and in a matrix environment including partnering with Product, Sales, Analytics and Design teams to recognize key growth areas for the business and emerging client needs

    • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit

    • Awareness of financial services and regulatory framework

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

    • Communicate effectively and confidently (both oral and written)

    • Work well in cross-functional team, and coach and development of other team members

    • Working experience with alternative payment rails like Visa OCT, Mastercard Send, Zelle, and PayPal etc.
