Job Responsibilities:
Assist with collecting and organizing both financial and non-financial data for all PXT portfolios and units, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of reporting and solution frameworks, making sure they align with evolving business priorities and requirements.
Help validate and check data accuracy, promptly escalating any issues or inconsistencies to senior team members for resolution.
Participate in preparing investment value reports for F&BMs and Senior Leadership, including benefit coverage, performance tracking, and follow-up on outstanding items.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to internal focus groups by compiling feedback, supporting documentation, and sharing observations to aid solution and framework development.
Support control-related activities such as testing and updating documentation for intelligence solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement of investment valuation processes.
Proficient in Excel with an interest in developing Alteryx or SQL skills. Experienced in building executive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, demonstrating strong data modeling, security, and design capabilities.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
4+ years of experience in Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or related fields
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science, Engineering from top Tier Institute is required
Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to work with colleagues across functions
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills; comfortable working with complex data
Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Experience supporting recurring processes and a willingness to learn and improve
