    Position summary

    e, Performance, Client Reporting, Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Technology, and CDO to resolve data issues, support strategic integrations, and improve pricing control processes.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Create and maintain securities and issuer reference data and pricing for marketable assets (e.g., equities, fixed income, listed options, mutual funds, derivatives, hedge funds).

    • Maintain and price tradable alternatives and private assets using multiple vendor sources (e.g., Bloomberg, S&P, IDC, Reuters, CITCO) and internal data feeds.

    • Perform stale price and variance control checks and produce control reporting within defined SLAs.

    • Analyze issues and errors, assess root causes, propose solutions to managers, and drive issues to closure with clear ownership.

    • Execute BAU instrument creation, pricing workflows, and control reports while monitoring operational risk and data quality.

    • Perform testing for enhancements and strategic integrations; support adoption of authoritative data sources and strategic systems of record.

    • Liaise with internal/external pricing vendors and Technology teams to resolve feed/job failures, monitor batch success, and escalate issues promptly.

    Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

    • 4+ years of experience in reference data operations covering instruments, issuer data, and pricing controls across asset classes.

    • Strong understanding of financial markets and products (stocks, bonds, options) with knowledge of instrument/pricing reference data, corporate actions, and index benchmarking.

    • Advanced MS Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP; strong numerical aptitude and mathematical mindset.

    • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proactive ownership, ability to work independently and multitask under pressure, effective communication across teams.

    Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

    • Experience working with pricing and reference data vendors such as Bloomberg, Reuters, ICE, S&P, IDC, and CITCO.

    • Experience supporting market data analytics and SOD pricing oversight processes.

    • Experience partnering with Technology and CDO to onboard strategic systems of record and authoritative data sources.

    • Demonstrated track record improving pricing control processes and data quality user experience across regions.
