Drive scrum cadences in partnership with the scrum master (e.g., sprint retrospectives, sprint reviews, sprint planning, daily scrums)
Identify problems, risks, dependencies and being able to deal with them as per Agile principles.
Provide regular project updates. The updates should be short and to the point.
Manage product backlog and ability to timely prioritize appropriate user stories
Ensure product adheres to good data quality , risk and control standards and coordinate the release plans - ensure the UAT is complete, training delivered, sign off gathered and release notes documented
Build knowledge in the relevant business domains and develop SME knowledge and monitor the success of the deliverables and accountable for demonstrating the value of the work delivered.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience in product development/Change management experience
Working knowledge on Agile methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify root causes of problems and to evaluate information with sound judgement, attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships
Able to communicate both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in reference data domain
