Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
3+ years of experience in operations, process governance, or automation.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path for building and maintaining automation solutions.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and prepare executive-level summaries.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and relevant automation tools.
Exposure to project management and process improvement initiatives.
Technological curiosity and willingness to explore new low/no-code automation tools.
Collaborative team player, able to work effectively in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
