usiness-as-usual (BAU) activities, handling requests directed to the Static Team from CSOs, the Implementation Team, and internal departments.
Ensure all work is processed within established timeframes, adheres to required controls, and meets defined targets.
Interact with lines of business and internal clients via telephone or email, including those in senior roles.
Respond to queries received via mailbox and resolve client issues as a priority.
Work on various BAU projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion, and process any required backup tasks related to production, while identifying opportunities to improve current work practices.
Conduct extensive investigations at both transaction and aging levels. While the role includes individual responsibilities, active contribution to team goals and SLAs is expected.
Escalate and refer all concerns or non-routine situations to supervisors and managers.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
Minimum of 2 years' experience in bank operations
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and highly organized
Client-focused, solution-oriented, and effective communicator
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel
Assertive in resolving issues professionally and positively
Adaptable to fast-paced environments, global teams, and flexible shifts including PH holidays and weekends
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
Knowledge of Trade, Payments and Cash products would be an added advantage.
University degree in a relevant field
