    • Understanding the intent of a business requirement

    • Formulating test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved

    • Execution of business scenario in UAT environment

    • Partnering and collaborating with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status

    • Manage testing activities as well as setting and stewarding sound testing methodologies

    • Participates in the development of goals and execution of strategies within a function or department

    • Provide execution support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas

    • Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design

    • Effective at complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues, expanding the solution to include infrastructure, architecture, and multi-tier tools and business system strategies

    • Train team members as needed

    • Drive innovation by leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI to enhance testing processes, automate test case generation, and improve overall efficiency. Evaluate and implement LLM-based solutions to support business and technology objectives.

    • Demonstrated experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or generative AI, including evaluating, implementing, or integrating LLM-based tools and solutions within business or technology processes

    Automation Activities (If applicable)

    • Provide automation support and leadership for large, complex, technology-dependent programs and projects that cut across business and functional areas once implemented

    • Responsible for assessing, creating and building automation tools for gaining efficiency or cost reduction

    • Maintain the automation suite and scope based upon changes in product design

    Additional Requirements

    Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

    • Bachelor's degree or comparable experience

    • 6-8 years of experience in manual testing along with formulating test plans and approach, test scenarios and test scripts

    • Experience in JIRA process, understanding of the process flow and creation of the task

    • Experience with Microsoft Office, Confluence, qTest tool, knowledge in Unix operating system

    • Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies

    • Process-oriented, organized, with strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

    • Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships

    • Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly. High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure

    • Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models, with proven track record of implementation in processes

    Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

    • Experience with mainframe screens, business rules engines

    • Understanding of credit card lifecycle and cards transactions processing

    • Experience with risk processing

    • Automation development experience (Java, Selenium, VBA)

The work covers areas such as evaluating country-specific risk, understanding regulatory changes and determining credit worthiness. Risk Management provides independent oversight and maintains an effective control environment.
