    Job responsibilities

    • Interface with business leaders and stakeholders to clearly explain results and hone analytics to address business concerns and/or evolve strategies.

    • Support the development, implementation, and execution of key reporting to be leveraged by senior audience, including reporting data model design and implementation.

    • Synthesize business needs and design and execute analytical use cases focused on delivering timely and relevant operational insights.

    • Provide tactical and strategic assistance to help drive operational alignment and process improvement across CIB Credit Risk and within the internal team.

    • Identify areas for continued process improvement and efficiencies by generating innovative ideas/solutions.

    • Prepare presentation materials to be shared with management, business groups and other stakeholders.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree with minimum 7 years of work experience

    • Expertise in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, SQL, Python and/or R and analytical tools such as Alteryx and visualization tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau is required

    • Technical and analytical - ability to analyze and synthesize large amount of data, while incorporating relevant business context, to develop strategic conclusions.

    • Project management and execution - Organizational and time management skills to manage across multiple priorities and through changing business demand and deliver on the agreed upon scope and timeline

    • Teamwork and leadership - ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setting and drive towards the strategic end-state.

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to synthesize "story" for executive-level audience and adjust messages and style based on different audiences and agendas.

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Master's degree is preferred

    • Data modeling, Databricks, ThoughtSpot, and Data Mesh concepts experience preferred

    • Previous banking, management consulting, or equivalent experience preferred

    • Passion to understand the business and design data-driven solutions that seek to address complex objectives
