Job responsibilities:
Support delivery of the CAO Business Resiliency Program and strategic resiliency agendas in partnership with global stakeholders and the Firmwide Resiliency Office.
Lead working groups and project teams, owning assigned deliverables and ensuring progress and outcomes.
Implement and maintain updates to the resiliency governance framework and related procedure reviews.
Prepare reports and presentations on resiliency risks, governance effectiveness, and compliance.
Partner with CAO Business Resiliency Plan Managers and Plan Owners to maintain governance through quality control, testing, incident management, and resiliency planning.
Support regulatory engagements, audits, and compliance activities related to resiliency governance.
Manage CAO resiliency program content and artifacts across SharePoint, Tableau, Teams, and other approved repositories.
Leverage data to conduct analyses and enhance program controls and processes.
Develop subject matter expertise in firmwide resiliency processes and practices through partnerships across Finance, Control Management, Business Management, and Technology.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrate 3+ years in business resiliency, operational risk, or controls within large, complex organizations.
Apply strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and Visio.
Analyze and interpret complex problems using data to identify drivers and develop actionable solutions.
Manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, complex program environment.
Collaborate effectively as both a team player and an individual contributor.
Learn quickly, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and adaptability.
Influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional decisions through clear communication and leadership.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrate 5+ years leading multi-stakeholder programs with measurable outcomes.
Bring experience within CAO or complex corporate functions and familiarity with firmwide resiliency standards and controls environments.
Apply SharePoint and Confluence experience.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
Leverage experience with AI-enabled process improvements and automation in risk/control reporting.
Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Continuity, Risk Management, or a related field.
Strengthen candidacy with an advanced degree and/or relevant certifications.
