Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Minimum of 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance testing.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience; demonstrated experience within the quality assurance/ Software Testing experience
Proven experience in Quality Assurance and in managing test automation frameworks, release & defect management in the past and proven experience in development of frameworks using Java spring
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Test Life Cycle (STLC) and hands on agile development methodologies
Solid understanding and experience in efficient Defect management, test coverage analysis to identify gaps and provide improvements
Solid experience developing UI automation frameworks like Selenium , Playwright or BDD.
Must have excellent verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level, working in team with multiple locations/Time Zones.

Nice to have operational knowledge in Java or any coding languages, UNIX commands and Sql queries
