    • Leads multiple data architecture and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide architecture objectives

    • Directly manages multiple data architecture areas with a strategic transactional focus

    • Provides leadership and high-level direction to teams while frequently overseeing employees across multiple data architecture platforms, divisions, and lines of business

    • Acts as the primary interface with senior leaders, stakeholders, and executives to drive consensus across competing objectives

    • Manages multiple stakeholders, complex projects, and large cross-product collaborations

    • Champions the firm's culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

    • Designing a multi-cloud, scalable technology asset management solution

    • Influencing technology strategy as it relates to assets

    • Overseeing key data architectures and models that support the technology estate

    • Ensuring compliance with Global Technology controls.

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Formal training or certification on hardware engineering concepts and 10+ years applied experience. In addition, 5+ year of experience leading technologists to manage, anticipate and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise and more broadly across the organization.

    • Experience developing and leading large cross-functional teams of data architects

    • Experience leading complex data architecture projects supporting system design, testing, and operational stability

    • Experience hiring, developing, and recognizing talent

    • Extensive practical cloud native experience

    • Experience working at code level

    • Proficiency in graph technologies

    • Experience in designing scalable architectures

    • Knowledge of global enterprise technology and its operations

    • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals

    ABOUT THE TEAM

    The Chief Technology Office oversees enabling components inclusive of the top quality engineering and architecture tools and practices, key program management and processes as well as the technology workforce strategy required to make us a leading technology company for our customers, clients and colleagues around the world.

    High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.
