Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Formal training or certification on SRE concepts and 5+ years of hands‑on experience.
Experience in information technology infrastructure.
Advanced knowledge of SRE culture and principles, with a proven ability to implement SRE within applications or platforms.
Advanced observability expertise-including white‑ and black‑box monitoring, service level objectives, alerting, and telemetry-using tools such as Grafana, Dynatrace, Prometheus, Datadog, Splunk, and similar.
Advanced understanding of software applications and technical processes, with substantial depth in one or more technical disciplines.
Ability to communicate data‑driven solutions using sophisticated reporting and visualization techniques.
Recognized as an active contributor to the engineering community.
Continuously expands professional network and leads vendor evaluations to assess alignment with the firm's strategy.
