Job responsibilities
Contribute to the product vision and strategy that delivers measurable value to customers.
Support discovery efforts and market/user research.
Maintain and refine your roadmap to advance strategic priorities and the value proposition.
Track and report key success metrics (e.g., cost, features, risk posture, reliability) to inform decisions and trade-offs.
Partner with engineering, operations, and leaders to align on outcome based priorities and execution plans.
Simplify processes, support change management, and ensure regulatory compliance for your area(s).
Provide insightful reporting with context to guide next steps and stakeholder alignment.
Work within agile teams, applying agile principles to plan, execute, and iterate effectively.
Emphasize data management best practices with a focus on accuracy and security.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 5+ years of experience (or equivalent) in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Working knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to contribute across the product life cycle including discovery, ideation, strategy, and value management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Data management skills, with a focus on accuracy and security.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex environment.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to agile methodologies and tools; experience working in high‑functioning scrum teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong understanding of the Core HR module in HCM or a similar HR system
Prior experience in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Design thinking and customer advocacy; ability to act as the voice of the customer
Commercial mindset and data literacy; ability to quantify value (e.g., cost savings, manual effort reduction, risk mitigation)
