Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
In-depth knowledge of UK investments, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
QCF Level 4 qualified in financial planning or equivalent, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Strong business development acumen
Adept at driving sales growth and exceeding targets
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
RDR Compliant Level 6 Qualifications (CISI, CFA equivalent) are preferred.
