    Position summary

    ration testing while contributing to quality improvement through code reviews, adherence to code/architecture standards, and promoting code reuse

    • Applies technical troubleshooting to breakdown solutions and solve technical problems of basic complexity with consideration of upstream and downstream systems

    • Gathers, analyzes, and draws conclusions from large, diverse data sets to identify problems and contribute to decision-making in service of secure, stable application development

    • Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect

    • Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture

    • Guide and support junior team members

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts with 3+ years applied experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

    • Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability

    • Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment using Java, Junit, Maven, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring JPA ,kafka with hands on SQL writing experience on RDBMS like oracle

    • Experience with test driven development and agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, recovery strategies and Security

    • Openness for acquiring new skills and learning new technologies in short time span

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Hands on experience of Amazon Web Services or other cloud technologies

    • Experience in banking domain

    • Mentoring team members
