    Position summary

    nsure solutions meet data quality, risk, and control standards. You will partner closely with cross Product, Technology, and Operations leadership to drive business value at scale.

    Job responsibilities

    • Owns the end-to-end delivery of projects, from inception through design, build, UAT, and production deployment, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality are met.

    • Conduct deep-dive business and data analysis for Accounts and SSI reference data; map current/future-state processes and controls.

    • Write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain and groom the product backlog to reflect business priorities.

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with global stakeholders; run structured working groups, design walkthroughs, and clearly articulate progress, risks and decisions.

    • Ensure coherent solution design across Product, Technology, and Operations; manage dependencies across teams and platforms.

    • Actively participate in sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Collaborates with cross Product, Technology, Product Owners, and Operations partners to ensure scalability in solutions.

    • Provides regular project updates tailored to the target audience, strong in written and verbal communication to Executive Stakeholders.

    • Identify and proactively mitigate risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies in line with Agile principles and control frameworks.

    • Lead UAT strategy and execution; organize training and readiness; secure sign-offs; publish detailed release notes.

    • Monitor go-live performance and adoption; optimize based on user feedback and operational metrics.

    • Develop SME-level knowledge of Markets reference data for Accounts and SSI; identify simplification, automation (evaluate AI-driven solutions where possible), and process improvement opportunities.

      Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Bachelor's degree

    • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst (or equivalent) delivering complex, multi-team programs in financial services-ideally within Markets/CIB reference data.

    • Expertise in requirements elicitation, business process design, data analysis, and backlog management within Agile delivery models.

    • Strong understanding of reference data (Accounts, SSI), data quality frameworks, controls, and operational risk considerations.

    • Hands-on experience with UAT planning/execution, release coordination, and post-deployment value realization.

    • Analytical rigor with comfort in using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to drive decisions and demonstrate outcomes.

    • Working knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau, JIRA, LLM Suite, Confluence

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to identify root causes of problems and to evaluate information with sound judgement, attention to detail and accuracy

    • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams.

    • Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Background in Financial Services (BFSI), knowledge of Markets products is an advantage.

    • Experience in reference data domain.

    • Exposure to Project Management methodologies.

    • Exposure to testing functionality.
