Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Strong knowledge of Trade products, processes, and systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to know when a deep dive approach is appropriate.
Ability to drive results through a hands-on approach.
Skilled in identifying talent, recruiting, coaching, mentoring, managing, and developing team members.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization.
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
Understanding of operational risks, related controls, audit, and internal control framework.
Confidence to challenge and be challenged while maintaining a positive outlook.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
CDCS/CSDG/CITF certification preferred.
