    • Execute BAU to be best in class. Publish weekly KPIs & KRIs and track deviations.

    • Manage all trade exceptions and ensure closure.

    • Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans.

    • Communicate regularly with partner locations.

    • Conduct research/investigations on systems to operations.

    • Explain product features and benefits.

    • Review procedures and document new processes.
