    Position summary

    team's point of escalation and liaise with various internal teams to resolve issues timely.

    • Understand risk management to manage issues and exceptions above materiality thresholds.

    • Review and implement control changes to mitigate operational risks.

    • Escalate issues to senior management as necessary.

    • Attend and drive internal meetings to meet or exceed partner needs and expectations.

    • Participate in client calls to understand requirements and ensure timely implementation.

    • Lead process improvement and automation projects within the team.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

    • Knowledge of financial instruments and their accounting treatment

    • Good operational knowledge of Fund accounting system

    • Starting professional accountancy qualification

    • Time management and organizational skills

    • Ability to partner effectively with peers, colleagues and clients

    • Good oral and written communication skills

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

    • Minimum 3+ years' experience preferably in Financial Sector industry
