    Position summary

    • Participate in strategic initiatives to improve processes and business architecture

    • Build in-depth understanding of trading structures from financial and operational perspectives

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Clear communication skills with ability to collaborate, explain, and challenge

    • Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership

    • Strong analytical and numerical skills

    • Ability to work effectively in a pressurized and changing environment

    • Strong problem-solving, control, and project management skills

    • Technical proficiency in Excel

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a middle office or trade support role

    • Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Forward Rate Agreements, FX Spot, FX Forwards, FX Options, Bonds, Futures, Repos, CDS)

    • Understanding of front-to-back Operations processes (confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting)

    • Familiarity with infrastructure groups (Finance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Legal, Collateral)

    • Experience facilitating issue resolution across teams

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

    • Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx and Tableau

    • Technical skills in VBA

    • Prior exposure to EMEA & LATAM markets

    • Experience contributing to strategic initiatives

    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements

    • Experience in a multi-asset class trading environment

    • Advanced Excel skills
