Minimum 2 years of experience in a middle office or trade support role
Knowledge of derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency Swaps, Forward Rate Agreements, FX Spot, FX Forwards, FX Options, Bonds, Futures, Repos, CDS)
Understanding of front-to-back Operations processes (confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting)
Familiarity with infrastructure groups (Finance, Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Legal, Collateral)
Experience facilitating issue resolution across teams
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with digital tools such as Alteryx and Tableau
Technical skills in VBA
Prior exposure to EMEA & LATAM markets
Experience contributing to strategic initiatives
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements
Experience in a multi-asset class trading environment
Advanced Excel skills
